• Please bring your receipt with you to pick up all kiln-fired items. 
• This will enable us to find your creation in an efficient and 
• timely manner. 
• Pets are not allowed. 
• The management is not responsible for the loss of private 
• property of the guests. 
• Have fun creating, but please do not disturb others. 
• There are no refunds for items you start creating. The goods to be exchanged or returned must be in good condition, displayable with their packaging and tags, and accompanied by the original purchase receipt within 14 days from the date of receiving the order.

•  Children's maximum height allowed is 150 cm. 
• Children below 150 cm must be always accompanied by a parent. 
• Children must be always supervised by a parent and must not be left unaccompanied on the premises. 
• Parents are responsible for assessing the suitability of the equipment provided for children in their care and the ability of those children to use it. 
• Parents must follow the rules of play. 
• Remove your shoes and wear playing socks. 
• To avoid slips, trips or falls, Food and beverages are not allowed in the play area. 
• Sharp or dangerous objects are not permitted inside the play area. 
• Have fun but do not disturb others. 
• For safety of all, any guests that shows signs of sickness will not be allowed inside the play area. 
• Diaper change is not permitted inside the center for hygiene purposes. 
• The management is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings.
